Conrail train OIIH sits and waits at CP West Portal for the signal to proceed west. The train is led by SD50 6791 and is a rare move from Oak Island to the Indiana Harbor Belt. The train contains two VRE coaches to be rebuilt in the west and would pick up a large generator in Allentown.
