Conrail GP38 7890 and another GP38 are struggling with the Lehigh Line local, WPAL-10 as they take the siding at CP West Portal. The locomotives were making very loud rattling noises as they sauntered past and it was very evident that the engines were malfunctioning as it appeared something was coming out of the dual exhaust stacks on the locomotives.
