Another morning regular in the Pattenburg area was WPAL, a local which works east out of Allentown and does switching on the Lehigh Line. The train almost always drew GP38's as power as is the case here as WPAL is clearing CP Pattenburg with 2 GP38-2's and a GP38 in charge.
