The signal to the right governs the entrance to the Reading Line from the bypass that runs around Allentown yard. The large tank behind the 8637 is used to hold natural gas however it is slated for destruction in the near future. It will truly bring an end to an era as the tank has dotted many photographs taken in the Allentown area.
