The hind end of train H65 complete with a flag for a marker clears the CP Phillipsburg interlocking. The train is now entirely on the Washington Secondary. The tank cars on the rear are bound for BASF in Washington as the rear passes the joint ex-Central Railroad of New Jersey and Delaware Lackawanna and Western Station in Phillipsburg.
