The H65 is in charge of PRR SD50 5400 on this December morning as it blows for Strikers Road just east of Phillipsburg. The 5400 will have no trouble keeping the 65 at 25 MPH track speed today. Route 57 which basically parallels the line from Phillipsburg to Washington is just out of the scene at right.
