Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's can be hectic times in Washington as both H65 and Dover job H02 show up to swap cars. The H65 is shoving down the Washington Secondary to begin work at BASF. The H02 power, 3032, is holding in front of the Conrail boxcar which it brought in on its train from Dover. One the H65 clears the switch the H02 will begin shifting its train and return east to Dover.
