The 5400 and H65 crew is returning west to work BASF after shuffling cars in Washington Yard. The right of way down to the right is significant in this photo as it used to be a branch down to the Central Railroad of New Jersey at High Bridge. There was a diamond right in the foreground but it has since been torn up as has the branch.
