A lucky catch finds a new UPY 2711, Model 3GS-21B, Ultra Low Emissions Diesel Genset Switcher, destined for the UP West Colton, CA yard. UP refers to this as the "Engines of Change." These units were featured in a special issue of Trains Magazine dealing with new Locomotive motive power, Dec. 2006.
